Our Story

A Journey Toward
Understanding

Our journey at Others' Eyes began with Aivar Podra's personal struggles with self-esteem and confidence from his youth. The profound impact of losing his son motivated him to help others enhance their self-perception and well-being in modern society.

A key moment was the collaboration with Shahab Anbarjafari, a Computer Science Professor, and a team at the University of Tartu, which led to the creation of a transformative app.

A Universal Challenge

We can compare social media to traffic where the internet is the highway, and we ride using social media. The difference is that in social media, we don't use seat belts, which save many lives in traffic. For instance, a 12-year-old boy in Florida was expelled from school the day after sharing a photo of himself with a toy gun, captioning "See you tomorrow at school." This incident highlights not just the pitfalls of digital communication but also the broader challenge of being misunderstood—whether online or face-to-face.

The Mission of Others' Eyes

Our app introduces a new perspective on how we're viewed by others. Powered by AI, it facilitates thoughtful interaction by offering unbiased and secure feedback on users' digital content.

Our goal is to cultivate genuine connections and minimize errors in the digital space.
